Although Enginer went out of business a while back, we have spoken with suppliers and are now able to obtain replacement parts for Enginer PHEV systems.
Warranties are very limited and there is significant lead time on some parts, but feel free to call me and I can see what we can do for you.
On a related note, if you are throwing in the towel, and simply dismantling your current system, please contact me. I can remove your system and recycle/dispose of the parts properly.
I confirmed that since Enginer is no longer is business, their warranties are no longer valid.
The other companies that acquired the assets will provide parts and service, but it will be pay-as-you-go.

Enginer has now begun offering 4Kwh or 8kwh systems for the Nissan Leaf.
There’s some discussion about it on the MyNissanLeaf web site.
Initially there were reports of there being a 12kwh option, but Enginer confirmed that it is not true. While electrically possible, it would be a challenge space-wise.
The 4kwh system fits under the rear deck. The 8kwh system protrudes about 6″ above the rear deck into the cabin.
